Mallory Bennett joined Cushman & Wakefield / EGS in 2026 as an Analyst, providing research, financial, and valuation support to the firm’s brokerage team. In this role, she assists with market intelligence, underwriting, property valuations, and investment-related assignments, helping deliver data-driven insights that enhance client service and support informed real estate decisions. She also supports the firm’s expanding investment sales and capital markets initiatives through research, analysis, and transaction support.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield / EGS, Mallory gained experience in brokerage, investment sales, and property management through roles with Saunders Real Estate, Harbert Realty Services, and Woodruff Property Management. Her background includes financial underwriting, property evaluation, leasing operations, and client support across a variety of commercial real estate asset types.
Mallory graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. Her academic focus included real estate finance, real estate investment, financial modeling, business analytics, and sustainable real estate.
Mallory is licensed as a real estate salesperson in Alabama and Georgia. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time outdoors, including hunting, fishing, and sailing.
