Lacey Scott joined Cushman & Wakefield / EGS in 2026 as Senior Vice President – Retail. She brings more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience, specializing in retail and mixed-use leasing, investment sales, and 1031 exchange transactions. She advises clients at every stage of a transaction, from site selection and lease/sale negotiations to property repositioning and long-term strategic planning, with a consistent focus on strategies that maximize asset value and advance her clients’ broader business objectives.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield / EGS, Lacey served as Director of Leasing and Sales with Harbert Realty Services and focused on both landlord and tenant representation, as well as sales in the retail/restaurant sector. She began her commercial real estate career as an associate with Colliers International Alabama, where she represented office tenants and managed strategic real estate portfolios for corporate clients. As a former practicing attorney, Lacey provides clients with the added benefit of legal insight, analytical depth, and strong negotiation skills.
Lacey graduated magna cum laude from the University of Alabama and earned her Juris Doctor from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law. She is a member of the Alabama State Bar, Birmingham CREW, and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
Outside of the office, Lacey enjoys spending time with her husband and two active children. She is also a certified therapy dog handler with Hand in Paw.
