Kayla McVey joined Cushman & Wakefield / EGS Commercial Real Estate in 2026 as our Real Estate Services and Office Coordinator. In this role, Kayla oversees the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for EGS team members, office guests and HelpDesk clients. She also provides support to the company’s marketing department, assisting with employee engagement activities and company-wide marketing events.
Prior to joining EGS, Kayla gained valuable operations experience through her time with Chick-fil-A, where she served as a Director and developed a strong foundation in customer service. Her ability to coordinate processes, support teams, and create positive experiences aligns well with EGS’s commitment to service excellence.
Kayla earned an Associate of Science degree in Business from Jefferson State Community College and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2024.
