Casey Howard joined Cushman & Wakefield / EGS in 2026 as Executive Managing Director – Retail, where she leads the firm’s retail brokerage platform. She brings nearly two decades of commercial real estate experience, specializing in retail and mixed-use investment sales and leasing, representing landlords, tenants, developers, and investors throughout the Southeast.
Casey’s expertise spans brokerage, asset management, operations, marketing, and development, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of the factors that drive asset performance and long-term value creation. Throughout her career, Casey has advised local, regional, and national clients across multiple asset classes, including retail, multifamily, office, hospitality, and mixed-use properties.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield / EGS, Casey served as Executive Vice President at Harbert Realty Services, where she was consistently recognized as a top producer and trusted advisor. Her experience overseeing multimillion-dollar real estate portfolios and working with retailers, hotel developers, multifamily investment groups, and asset management companies nationwide enables her to identify opportunities that maximize value for her clients.
Casey has been recognized as a CRE Star to Watch by Commercial Property Executive (CPE), named to the Birmingham Business Journal’s Women to Watch and Who’s Who in Commercial Real Estate lists, and earned CoStar Power Broker and Crexi Platinum honors for nine consecutive years.
She holds a PMP® designation from the Project Management Institute, a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and Marketing from Cedarville University, and a Master of Business Administration from Georgia Southern University. Active in both the commercial real estate industry and the community, Casey serves as Legacy Board Chair for Birmingham CREW and supports organizations including the Women’s Fund of Birmingham, Habitat for Humanity, Bundles of Hope, and Lighthouse Ministries.
Outside of the office, Casey enjoys spending time with her husband, Robert, and their three children — twins Eva and Preston, and their youngest, Ella.
