After 12 years in industrial sales, Brad Moffatt joined Cushman & Wakefield / EGS Commercial Real Estate in 2003 with a focus on industrial real estate brokerage and leasing. He currently serves as an Executive Vice President in the firm’s Industrial Services division. Additionally, Brad leads a team that is responsible for leasing the company’s industrial portfolio, which totals approximately 4.8 million square feet of bulk distribution, office/warehouse and flex space in the Birmingham and Huntsville metropolitan areas.
During his 23 years with Cushman & Wakefield / EGS, Brad has completed over 1,500 brokerage, leasing and renewal transactions and has represented industrial tenants in multiple markets, completing over 150 transactions in 80 markets throughout the United States.
Brad holds a Masters of Business Administration from The University of Alabama as well as a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Clemson University. He has earned the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designation, where he has served as a Regional Director of the South Region (2020, 2021, 2022) and President of the LA/MS/AL/NWFL Chapter (2018, 2019). In addition to his professional affiliations with the Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP) and Cushman & Wakefield’s Americas Industrial Forum, Brad is an active member of the Monday Morning Quarterback Club of Birmingham.
