Cushman & Wakefield / EGS Commercial Real Estate is pleased to announce that veteran investment sales broker Josh Randolph has joined the firm as Senior Vice President, strengthening the company’s investment sales platform across the Gulf States region.
Based in Birmingham, Randolph will lead investment sales efforts throughout Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi, Georgia, and the Florida Panhandle. He brings more than 24 years of experience and a distinguished track record, having completed over 373 transactions totaling more than $3.3 billion in volume. Throughout his career, Randolph has advised both institutional and private investors across a wide range of asset classes.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield / EGS, Randolph spent 13 years with Colliers, where he was recognized multiple times as an Everest Club member, an honor awarded to the top 10 percent of brokers nationwide. He began his career with CBRE in Atlanta within the Financial Consulting Group before transitioning into investment brokerage. Earlier, Randolph worked on Merrill Lynch’s institutional trading floor in New York City covering commercial real estate REITs.
Randolph holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Investment (Finance) from New York University, an MBA in Finance from the University of Mississippi, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Mississippi. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and is licensed in Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Georgia.
