Will Barnes joined Cushman & Wakefield / EGS Commercial Real Estate in 2025 as a Property Accountant. In this role, he supports accounting and financial reporting for select properties within the firm’s leased and managed commercial real estate portfolio.
Will earned his Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration from The University of Alabama, where he majored in Accounting. He brings hands-on experience from his internship with Haynes Downard, LLP, where he assisted with tax return preparation, financial reporting, bank reconciliations, and audit support.
Will’s strong work ethic, organization, and enthusiasm for the industry make him a valued member of the EGS accounting team.
