Birmingham’s EGS Commercial Real Estate Inc. said it recently signed more than 52,000 square feet of local new and renewed leases.

J.B. Hunt Transport Inc. leased 15,750 square feet at Avondale Commerce Park in Birmingham. It will provide logistics and fulfillment services from the new location.

Sears Logistics Services Inc. renewed its 16,800-square-foot lease at Oxmoor South Industrial Park. The company arranges the delivery of appliances, electronics, furniture and home improvement products for Sears.
