Birmingham’s EGS Commercial Real Estate announced more than 35,000 square feet of new and renewed leases in the area.

Trillion Communications Corp. will relocate and expand its Bessemer operations, said a news release.

The materials management company recently leased 22,890 square feet of industrial space at Parkwest Corporate Center in Bessemer. It will be leaving its space on Farr Road, also in Bessemer. EGS’s Hurston Raley represented Parkwest’s landlord in the move.
