EGS closes two local leases

Birmingham’s EGS
Commercial Real Estate Inc. said it recently closed on two local
leases totaling 78,000 square feet.
Snap Fitness signed a 3,200-square-foot lease for retail space at Chelsea Corners Shopping Center, said a news release. Allen Garstecki of EGS represented the tenant in the transaction and Jackson Ratliff of Barber Cos. represented the landlord.
