Birmingham-based EGS Commercial Real Estate Inc. recently completed three new leases and two lease renewals on office and industrial space in the Birmingham area. Access Mailing signed a new lease for 7,000 square feet of industrial space at 220 38th Street South; Owens and Minor Distribution Inc., signed a lease renewal for 80,450 square feet of industrial space at Cahaba Valley Business Park. Brad Moffatt and Stuart Brock represented the respective landlords for Access Mailing and Owens & Minor Distribution Inc; AllSouth Appliance Group Inc. signed a new lease agreement for 2641 Pelham Parkway, providing 6,000 square feet of showroom and warehouse space in the Pelham Promenade. Mark Byers, represented the tenant, and Mark Dinan of Mark Dinan Commercial & Investment Real Estate represented the landlord; Nancy E. Pajaro, a family practice physician is relocating her office to 1,656 square feet of office space at 3240 Edwards Lake Road near Trussville, Eric T. Rogers brokered the lease agreement and Chip Watts of Watts Realty Company Inc. acted as the listing broker; and Christian and Small LLP signed a renewal that included an expansion to 36,596 square feet of office space on the 17th and 18th floors of 505 North 20th Street in Birmingham. Murray Bromstad negotiated the renewal on behalf of the landlord.
