EGS lands local office, industrial leases

Birmingham’s EGS Commercial Real Estate said it recently brokered nearly 132,000 square feet in local office and industrial leases.
Access Mailing signed a 7,000-square-foot lease on 38th Street South for a new warehouse and distribution location.
Owens & Minor Distribution Inc. renewed its 80,450-square-foot lease at Cahaba Valley Business Park. The company distributes medical and surgical supplies to hospitals and integrated health care systems.
Brad Moffatt and Stuart Brock with EGS represented the landlords in both deals.
