EGS fills leases at Irondale's Commerce Square

Birmingham’s EGS Commercial Real Estate Inc. said it signed more than 31,400 square feet of renewed industrial leases at Commerce Square Drive in Irondale.
Those renewing include AT&T Wireless’ 7,425-square-foot lease, Siemens Shared Services LLC’s renewed 16,000-square-foot lease and Toyota Materials Handling’s expanded 8,000-square-foot lease.
