EGS brokers new office, industrial leases

Birmingham’s EGS Commercial Real Estate said it recently closed on nearly 70,000 square feet of local industrial and office deals.
Kaman Industrial Technologies has leased 31,350 square feet of space at Parkwest Corporate Center in Bessemer, with plans to occupy the space by the first of July, said a news release. The company is an industrial distributor.
Hurston Raley of EGS represented the landlord and Sonny Culp of Graham & Co. represented the tenant.
Regency Healthcare Group, which operates New Beacon Hospice, will relocate its offices from Birmingham to 12,217 square feet at Office Park in Mountain Brook. EGS’s Jack T. Glasgow, Eric T. Rogers and Murray Bromstad were involved on both sides of the transaction.
