EGS releases $8 million follow-up spec building in Shelby County.

Following up on its successful Shelby West Distribution Center, EGS Commercial Real Estate returns to fast-growth Shelby County and Alabaster with a new warehouse and distribution center, Shelby West Commerce Center.
At 154,000 square feet, the space could be divided into spaces of varying size to accommodate a range of users.
“Given the nature of the construction and the layout of the building, it has been designed to accommodate tenants anywhere from 20,000 up to 60,000 square feet,” EGS Chairman Marc Eason said. “It’s especially designed with smaller tenants in mind. That was a niche we felt needed to be filled in that market.”
