EGS signs four area leases

Birmingham’s EGS Commercial Real Estate Inc. said it recently completed nearly 41,000 square feet in new and renewed local leases.
Steel City Heating & Air LLC signed a new 7,425-square-foot lease for office warehouse space at Commerce Square Business Park in Irondale. The company plans to occupy its new space by April 1, said a news release.
Birmingham Logistics LLC signed a new 2,700-square-foot lease to relocate its operations to Avondale Commerce Park. The logistics company plans to occupy the space by the beginning of April.
UPS Supply Chain Solutions Inc. renewed its 16,800-square-foot lease at Oxmoor South Industrial Park.
