EGS: Ryder Integrated, others renew leases

EGS Commercial Real Estate Inc. said it recently renewed more than 34,000-square-feet of leases in the Birmingham area.
Ryder Integrated Logistics Inc. renewed its 18,657-square-foot industrial space lease at Parkwest Corporate Center in Bessemer. The company provides warehousing, transportation and integrated logistics solutions, said a news release.
Gretshrof Industries Inc. renewed its 8,064-square-foot lease at the Birmingham Food Terminal & Distribution Center on Second Street West. The company provides management consulting, materials recovery and recycling services.
