Birmingham’s EGS Commercial Real Estate said it recently completed 31,000 square feet of new and renewed local leases.

Authentic Restoration LLC leased 1,550 square feet of industrial space on Business Center Drive in the Valleydale Business Center, according to a news release. This is a new location for the roofing contractor.
