EGS signs distribution center in Bessemer

Birmingham’s EGS Commercial Real Estate Inc. said it recently brokered more than 107,000 square feet of local leases.
Trinity Design Group LLC leased 22,950 square feet of industrial space at Perimeter Way in Bessemer, said a news release. The company will use the space as a distribution center for its supply chain solutions for point-of-purchase, packaging and fulfillment.
Nsoro MasTec LLC leased 20,000 square feet of office warehouse space at Cahaba Valley Parkway North in Birmingham. The company provides supply, design and support technology to the commercial and government sectors.
