Birmingham’s EGS Commercial Real Estate announced 75,000 square feet in renewed and expanded local leases through its company.

Sandell Manufacturing Co. Inc. renewed its 36,500-square-foot lease on 34th Street North in Birmingham. The company provides drainage products to the masonry industry, said a news release.

Lincoln National Life Insurance Co. renewed its 24,777-square-foot lease at Overlook Park in Birmingham.
