EGS secures leases at Avondale Commerce Park

EGS Commercial Real Estate, Inc. recently completed three lease renewal
transactions at Avondale Commerce Park totaling more than 26,000 square feet of
industrial space.
Sherwin-Williams Co. renewed its lease of 21,000 square feet of industrial space
at Avondale Commerce Park. Sherwin-Williams is a manufacturer of coatings for
plastics, metal and wood serving the automotive, aerospace, construction,
industrial and maintenance coating sectors.
Whatever It Takes Transmission & Parts Inc., a vehicle transmission supplier,
will continue operation at 3825 4th Terrace North. The service provider will
continue to operate from 5,400 square feet of industrial space.
