Neli Powers joined Cushman & Wakefield / EGS Commercial Real Estate in 2017. She is responsible for the marketing and administrative functions of Cushman & Wakefield / EGS’s industrial tenant and landlord leasing teams. Neli also provides administrative support to EGS Executive Chairman Marc Eason, EGS President Mark Byers, and EGS Executive Vice President Brad Jones. Neli’s responsibilities include consistent communication, creating curated marketing and property promotion materials, and providing up-to-date property information to the brokerage community.
Prior to this role, she served as the HelpDesk Coordinator, where she assisted the Property Management team with day-to-day building operations and coordinated all tenant service requests and vendor dispatching.
Neli holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Medical Industrial Distribution from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, Collat School of Business.
