Two companies choose 280 corridor for offices

Birmingham's EGS Commercial Real Estate Inc. said it recently leased more than 21,000 square feet of local office space to two companies.
Diagnostic Health Corp. relocated its office from the HealthSouth building on U.S. 280 to more than 13,000 square feet in 22 Inverness Parkway.
The company subleased the space from EPL Inc. Bill Pradat, Jack Glasgow and Eric Rogers, all of EGS, represented the sub-landlord.
Design firm Barge Waggoner Sumner & Cannon Inc. leased nearly 8,000 square feet in Grandview Corporate Park, off 280.
Glasgow and Rogers represented the tenant and Jerry Grant of Daniel Realty represented the building's landlord.
