Experience:

Past Executive Director of Jefferson County Economic and Industrial Development Authority.

Initiated and guided the Jefferson Metropolitan McCalla development, a 739-acre, Class A industrial park.  This development has created approximately 1,800 new jobs and 3.2 million square feet of new facility construction.

Initiated and guided the Jefferson Metropolitan Park Lakeshore development.  This project consists of 337-acres of mixed use development.  This development has led to securing the Wachovia Bank Data Center, a $400 million capital investment as well as a multi-family development.

Involved with the coordination and redevelopment of a Brownfield project for a 27-acre former steel manufacturing and processing site in downtown Birmingham, Alabama.

Responsible for assembling and acquiring 1,100 acres of private, state, and federal property in Prattville, Alabama for the Capitol Hill site of the Alabama Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail.
