William C. Sanders, III

William (Bill) Sanders joined EGS Commercial Real Estate in 2011 as a part of the leasing and brokerage team, specializing in industrial leasing, brokerage and investment sales. Bill recently relocated to Birmingham from Shreveport, Louisiana, where he was active in the commercial real estate market.

Before starting his career in commercial real estate, Mr. Sanders worked as a petroleum landman for Gardner Oil & Gas, LLC, specializing in the negotiation of oil and gas leases on behalf of national and regional oil and gas companies.

Mr. Sanders is a graduate of Louisiana State University where he received a Bachelor of Arts in History. He is a member of the LSU Alumni Association and Delta Kappa Epsilon Alumni Association. Mr. Sanders is a candidate for the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and was awarded the Louisiana CCIM Start to the Pin scholarship in 2010 and the Alabama CCIM Push for the Pin scholarship in 2011.
