Stuart Brock joined EGS Commercial Real Estate in 2007, focusing on industrial leasing and brokerage. As a member of our industrial leasing and brokerage team, Mr. Brock has assisted in leasing the company’s industrial portfolio, totaling some 4.2 million square feet of bulk distribution, office / warehouse and flex space in the Birmingham area. During his 4 years with the firm, Mr. Brock has also represented several industrial tenants. His current client list includes:

Stuart holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from The University of Alabama. He is a member of NAIOP and the Alabama Chapter of CCIM. Stuart also participates in several civic activities such as The University of Alabama Alumni Association, Young Professionals of Birmingham, Delta Kappa Epsilon Alumni Association and Mitchell’s Place Junior Council.
