- Mr. Schleusner has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from The University of Alabama and a Master of Business Administration from Samford University. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in the state of Alabama. Mr. Schleusner is a life member of the Birmingham Association of Realtors® Million Dollar Sales Club, Development Division and a member of the National Association of Realtors®. Mr. Schleusner’s professional activities include chairman of the Mountain Brook Design Review Committee, Developer of Mountain Brook Villages redevelopment, and was a past president of Operation New Birmingham.
