R. William Pradat, Jr., SIOR

President

Bill Pradat has been in the real estate industry since 1984. Mr. Pradat’s previous experience includes responsibility for marketing and leasing Inverness, a 1,654-acre, mixed-use commercial development in suburban Birmingham. He also served as Senior Vice President for Colonial Properties Trust, a New York Stock Exchange REIT, headquartered in Birmingham. He joined EGS Commercial Real Estate, Inc. as a partner in 2000. In addition to representing clients, Mr. Pradat is responsible for day-to-day operations and oversees the brokerage department for EGS. Mr. Pradat’s select client list includes:

Mr. Pradat has a B.A. and an M.A. from The University of Alabama and an MBA from Samford University. He is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and has served as a National Board Member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). Mr. Pradat recently served as Captain of the Monday Morning Quarterback Club and has also served as President of the Birmingham Kiwanis Club.
