Mike Pace joined EGS Commercial Real Estate as the Director of Property Management in 2008. Mr. Pace has 25 years of exceptional experience in marketing, facility management, property/asset management and project management. He has managed mixed portfolios in excess of 8 million square feet in major markets throughout the country. As Director of Property Management, Mr. Pace oversees the day to day operation of the Property Management Department and a portfolio of approximately 6.4 million square feet of office, industrial, medical and retail space. Mr. Pace previously served as Regional Director of Property Management in Las Vegas for Kimco Realty and was responsible for 8.3 million square feet of retail properties in Nevada, Colorado, Arizona, Utah and New Mexico. Prior to working for Kimco he was a Regional Facilities Manager for Jones Lang LaSalle in Birmingham, Alabama, overseeing 1 million square feet of bank operations and retail facilities including a 340,000 square foot data center, 300,000 square foot high rise office building, 74,000 square foot administration facility and 27 retail facilities throughout the state of Alabama. Mr. Pace has a BA in Pre-Law from the University of Connecticut. He is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management and International Council of Shopping Centers.
