Mark Byers has over 22 years of experience in real estate with EGS Commercial Real Estate. Mr. Byers’ primary focus is tenant representation and brokerage, industrial planning and development and site selection. He has been involved in the development and acquisition of over 2.6 million square feet of industrial space in metropolitan Birmingham. In addition, Mr. Byers’ ownership position at EGS includes responsibilities such as daily oversight of the industrial department, involvement in company budgeting, long-term planning and company investment opportunities.

Mr. Byers has a reputation as a trusted advisor to his clients. His clients value his opinions and expertise. His longevity in the commercial real estate market has given him an opportunity to build deep relationships with his clients, providing for them valued expertise on their real estate issues.
