After 12 years in industrial sales, Brad Moffatt joined EGS Commercial Real Estate in 2003 with a focus on industrial real estate brokerage and leasing. He currently serves as a Vice President in the firm’s Industrial division. During his 8 years with EGS, Mr. Moffatt has completed over 600 brokerage, leasing and renewal transactions, and has represented industrial tenants such as Royal Cup Coffee, SignFaces, Cardinal Logistics, M&A Supply Company, Express Courier International, and JanPak. Additionally, Mr. Moffatt heads a team that is responsible for leasing the company’s industrial portfolio, which totals approximately 4.2 million square feet of bulk distribution, office / warehouse and flex space in the Birmingham area. Mr. Moffatt holds a Master of Business Administration from The University of Alabama as well as a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Clemson University. He is currently a member of NAIOP, and serves on Xceligent’s Birmingham Industrial Advisory Board.
