Allen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from The University of Alabama. He is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and Commercial Real Estate Club of Birmingham. Allen also participates in several civic activities such as The University of Alabama Alumni Association, Friends for St. Jude, Delta Kappa Epsilon Alumni Association, and the Alabama Wildlife Federation.
