Emris Graham has been involved in the retail real estate industry since 1977 and joined the retail brokerage division of EGS Commercial Real Estate in 1991. His experience includes leasing and development of shopping centers from enclosed malls to unanchored specialty centers. Currently his practice consists of representation of property owners, anchor tenants, and investment property sales. His current client list includes:

Mr. Graham holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Alabama in Birmingham. He is a former state director and active member of International Council Shopping Centers.
