Cindy B. Ritchie, CPM®

Senior Property Manager

Cindy joined EGS Commercial Real Estate in 2007 with 25 years in the real estate business. As a member of the property management department, Ms. Ritchie specializes in managing approximately 592,000 square feet of class “A” office space. Ms. Ritchie’s select properties include:

115 Building – 34,733 sf
2200 Lakeshore Building - 40,230 sf
Financial Center – 311,201 sf
Luckie Building – 69,000 sf
Morgan Keegan Center – 69,200 sf
Overlook Park – 68,161 sf

Prior to joining EGS, Cindy was the General Manager for Jones Lang LaSalle in Birmingham, Alabama, overseeing the AT&T portfolio of approximately four million square feet. She was responsible for the day to day operations and interfaced with the BellSouth/AT&T Corporate Real Estate Department. Ms. Ritchie is a member of Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) Designee.
