Christy Roddy joined EGS Commercial Real Estate in 2002. During her nine years with the firm, Ms. Roddy has represented companies with both a local and national presence. As a member of the office leasing and brokerage team, Ms. Roddy specializes in tenant representation, purchases, dispositions, and subleases. Additionally, she serves as the firm’s contact with Cushman & Wakefield, a global real estate services company with whom EGS is an Alliance partner. Ms. Roddy’s select clients include:

Ms. Roddy graduated from the University of Virginia with a B.A. in English. She is a member of the UVa Club of Birmingham and is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). Ms. Roddy has been involved with the Horizons School as a Junior Board member and served as Event Chair for their annual art event and silent auction fundraiser. Ms. Roddy was also a Golden Circle Award Recipient for her fund-raising efforts on behalf of the National MS Society. In 2012, Ms. Roddy was selected as one of Birmingham’s Top 40 Under 40 by the Birmingham Business Journal.
