Amy Rice joined EGS Commercial Real Estate in 2007. Amy manages all marketing
and corporate administration projects for EGS, which include coordination of
company events, company press release statements and advertising, market
research and reporting, company real estate licensing, and the coordination of
business initiatives and developments. Additionally, Amy serves as the firm’s
point of contact with Cushman & Wakefield, a global real estate services company
with whom EGS is an Alliance partner.

Amy obtained her M.B.A. from The University of North Alabama and a Bachelor of
Science degree in Business Management from The University of Alabama at
Birmingham. Amy is involved in her community and is an active member of Enon
Baptist Church.
